hey all, more or less decided what to do on 5dec, shall tell u the plan n just feedback to me if the budget is too high or u wan other stuffs. not confirm yet, but if no one disagree, i will go ahead. so, we will meet at 11.15am in sch (after we finish our last paper), do the exchange and have lunch in sch. then all of us will head down to east coast, rent bicycle and cycle to some place, like changi or something, den ard 6 or so, we will head back to east coast, either have seafood buffet or just have a simple meal at the hawker, den we will just slack ard the beach =)

09 Christmas Gift Exchange 2008

5 December 2008, 5pm till the time you got to go.
Will exchange the gift in school if not everyone is going for the dinner. Dinner will be halal and venue will be decided again. (most likely a buffet, any preference or suggestion do feel free to let me know)

Invitation to the dinner and presence at the gift exchange is only for those involved, which meant the whole 09 (which consist of only 21 people).

BUDGET: $15 to $20 (top up on your own will)

The method will be similar to last years’ but this time round theres no differentiation for guys or girls. Everyone will pick up a name from the same box.

Something new:
BUT, to aid everyone in brainstorming, we will do something new. Everyone’s name will be written on papers (one name each) and folded. Before the drawing of names, those papers will be passed around, and we will each write suggestions on what to buy for that person whom name is on the paper. ITS OPTIONAL TO GIVE SUGGESTIONS, this is just to aid those that does not know the other party well enough to know what to buy, so those who know better will give some advice. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN UP THE PAPER WITH YOUR NAME (but if you want to spoil your own fun I cant stop you), NOR TELL WHAT WAS WRITTEN ON IT TO THAT PARTY (you have absolutely no rights to spoil people’s fun)

After which that paper will be folded into smaller piece and we will all start drawing. Hence, all of us will have the list of gifts that others suggest for you to buy. IT IS NOT COMPULSORY to pick from the list of gifts, those are only ideas. ALSO, this is to prevent people from saying out who they are going to buy for and discuss it with other friends.

THIS (drawing of names) WILL BE CARRIED OUT ON 6 NOV 5pm to 6 plus or so, all of us will end at the same time on Thursday, and a month before is more than enough to prepare.

THERE WILL BE A “PENALTY” for those who leak things out or do anything to spoil the fun, and that will be not being able to be involved next year, and I really mean it.

On how to carry out the gift exchange, it will be told on that day itself.

ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE SMS OR MSN ME. that includes if you cant turn up or what, if anyone that does not turn up on any of the two dates and did not inform me, will be considered as "withdrawing."

MOST IMPORTANT STUFFS ARE TO TAKE NOTE OF THE TWO DATES, and start thinking of what to buy for everyone, so that you can give suggestions, even stating favourite colour or such will be fine. Anything that will aid the buyer will do =)

NEXT TIME THEN TREAT U ONE LA..=) well.. the cake is brought in by AVAN..=) then we celebrate.. sing K from 4-8 pm.. after tat we went tot ASTON and eat.. only me, KEL, CLAUDIA, JW, KEN, BEN AND SINGKIAT.. lalala.. Frankly speaking, I don want any reason for not turning up due to “don like the activity”, "it doesnt suit me" or whatsoever~ so yeas, will try my best to make sure that everyone is fine with the itinerary for that day.

we couldnt get the one that we choose as theres no stock left.. in de end we got the design 1. fonts will beblack. and theres a dba09 in the front (small one)

whole class are getting m. except for jolie, s.(only 1 s available) for girls, most of us might need to alter it as its really a bit too big.but nxt thurs during our photo takin we can jus make do with it first..ben will get his aunt to alter for us or we can find other vendors if possible. =)

its 30 bucks so yep, pay 20 bucks next week (before wed) to sing kiat.
